Return Policy
At Hunt Depot, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (a receipt or order confirmation) for all returns.
- The buyer will pay the return shipping, and depending on the reason for the return, could be reimbursed by Hunt Depot.
Restocking Fee
- For returns that do not fall into the defective or damaged category, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- We’ll issue refunds to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.
- Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reach your account.
Exclusions
- Used, damaged, or opened items that are not due to our error cannot be returned.
- Clearance, final sale, or special-order items are not eligible for return.
