Return Policy

At Hunt Depot, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase (a receipt or order confirmation) for all returns.
• The buyer will pay the return shipping, and depending on the reason for the return, could be reimbursed by Hunt Depot.

Restocking Fee

• For returns that do not fall into the defective or damaged category, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• We’ll issue refunds to your original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable.
• Please allow 3 to 7 business days for the funds to reach your account.

Exclusions

• Used, damaged, or opened items that are not due to our error cannot be returned.
• Clearance, final sale, or special-order items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at 1 (800) 990-8770 or customerservice@huntdepot.ca with your order number and details. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
