All ship dates provided are estimates and may vary depending on shipping timelines from our suppliers. Delays outside of our control may occur.
Hunt Depot Shipping Policy
We ship orders from our location in Belleville, Ontario, Canada. You may also pick up oversized items in Belleville to avoid additional shipping costs.
- Orders equal to, and over $139.00 CAD receive free ground shipping.
- Orders under $139.00 CAD receive a flat rate ground shipping of $15.00 CAD
- Oversized items require additional shipping fees. A member of our team will contact you if your order requires additional shipping.
Current Shipping Effective 2025-09-09 for United States
- We care about making your shopping experience stress-free and straightforward. For now, we’ve paused shipping to the United States to prevent unexpected duties or extra charges for our U.S. customers. We’re keeping a close eye on the situation and will reopen U.S. shipping as soon as we can ensure the best value and service for you.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages in the possession of the shipping company or customer.
Hunt Depot may require picture proof of delivery for certain orders. If you, the customer, wish to have your order shipped with a Signature Required option, it is your responsibility to email customerservice@huntdepot.ca and receive written acknowledgment from us before your order is shipped. Signature requests made after an order has been processed may not be accommodated.
Orders containing items exclusively from Warehouse A and are in stock are guaranteed to ship within 1-2 business days. Any products in stock from Warehouses B and C are guaranteed to ship within the specified time located next to the inventory levels in the product pages.
To ensure fast order times, if items are delayed or unavailable 5 business days after you have placed your order, we will attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, we will assume you want us to ship your order as complete as possible and refund you for the unavailable products.
If you have qualified for flat rate or free shipping and we are unable to fill your order completely, we will honour the free shipping.

Shipping Exceptions
Due to dimension and weight limitations assessed by our shipping provider, orders made with an extraordinary amount of weight, height or sizes may be subject to an additional freight charge. These items may be excluded from Free Shipping offers.
Canada Oversized Shipping Details
- Rates provided by the best-priced Canadian carrier
- Offer valid in Canada Only. Province restrictions apply
- Does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery
- All orders requiring more than one package may incur an additional shipping cost per package.
- Offer not retroactive on prior purchases.
Disclaimer: Shipping to Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and APO/FPO subject to increase shipping costs or cancellation. Hunt Depot reserves the right to cancel any shipment and provide a full refund.
Returns
Only accepted up to 14 days after receiving your product.
If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact us directly by email at customerservice@huntdepot.ca or by phone at 1 (800) 990-8770.
Hunt Depot will not accept items that have been used, worn, washed or abused. Please use the original packaging that the items were shipped in to return them.
Before calling to check the status of your return, please allow seven working days for your package to be returned. The buyer will pay the return shipping, and depending on the reason for return will be reimbursed by Hunt Depot.
